Your Role: As a Sales Consultant at Cam Clark Ford Olds, you will:
- Foster and build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through leasing or purchasing vehicles.
- Advise clients on current lease and purchase incentives.
- Identify new leads through various channels and create engaging content.
- Highlight the features and benefits of our extensive vehicle lineup.
- Guide showroom visitors in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed targets.
- Complete paperwork accurately and assist guests throughout the leasing or purchasing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM tools to optimize sales strategies and follow-ups.
- Expand your professional network to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Cam Clark Ford with professionalism and integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in a sales-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- AMVIC license or the commitment to obtaining it.
- Passion for the automotive industry and strong product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Additional Details:
- Language Requirement: French not required.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
- Commute/Relocate: Reliable commute to Olds, AB T4H 0C6, or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
Experience and Certification:
- 3 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Driver's license with a clean abstract (preferred).
