About the Role: Are you passionate about customer service and dedicated to making a difference? Join Paladin Security and help us create a safer and friendlier environment! As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of various locations, from retail businesses to residential buildings.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build effective relationships with clients and visitors.
• Conduct proactive patrols and respond to security breaches.
• Attend to security alarms and emergencies professionally.
• De-escalate situations and liaise with emergency personnel.
• Exercise crowd control and manage trespassers.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities.
• Provide first aid when necessary.
• Utilize two-way radios and computer applications for communication.

• Open availability for rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnights.
• A valid Alberta Security license or willingness to obtain one.
